Project Description

This stunning vacation home is in Las Campanas, part of the high-desert area of Santa Fe known for its luxurious surroundings and access to the outdoor lifestyle. The owners wanted the estate to have a distinctively modern look, but also wanted the interior to be reflective of Santa Fe in a chic way.

Las Campanas is part of the high-desert area of Santa Fe, known for its luxurious surroundings and its access to the outdoor lifestyle easily. Golf is very popular in this area, and there is a major golf club located nearby. It is also a location known for its beautiful views.

Living room:
Over the fireplace is a New Guinea shield from the 1920's - sourced by Violante & Rochford from a collection in New York. Sofas are Burton James with locally made slip covers. The dining table is designed by Violante & Rochford and made of solid metal by local Santa Fe craftsman Mike Schreiber. The coffee table is made by Knoll.

Master bedroom :
The King bed is made of maple by local Santa Fe craftsman Christopher Thayer. The chair is made by Burton James, with a 1920's Navajo textile over the back.

Guest bedroom:
The foot of the bed is an antique Moroccan chest from the mid 1800's. All lamps are sourced from Design Warehouse in Santa Fe, NM.

The blue rug is sourced from a local rug store in Santa Fe – Arrediamo. The table between the chairs was purchased by VR Interiors in Granada, Spain. On the fireplace mantle is an Ancient Chinese Jade Bi.
