Project DescriptionADD Inc designed Inktel Contact Center Solutions' new location in the Doral area of Miami, FL transforming a space of over 17,000 square feet into a call center and main executive offices.
ADD Inc created an open-floor plan where comfort and collaboration were given high consideration. Workstations are low in height and accessible, and seating and lounge areas can be used as flexible meeting space that encourages interaction and participation.
Unlike many call centers, ADD Inc's use of expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows usher in natural light. The effect is an overall look of transparency.
An area that is referred to as the “town center” was included near the staff entrance so as shifts changed, employees can interact and share information that’s trending with their clients. Creating spaces that allow people to socialize and relax, help create a sense of camaraderie and work-life balance.
To communicate the company’s image, ADD Inc used Inktel's brand color, green, throughout its office, including the employee lounge where it is used on chairs, the counter backsplash, and alternating stripes on the floor. The result is a bold, contemporary and energetic space that reinforces the company’s brand.
The results of ADD Inc’s interior design work is a productive, efficient office space that reflects a cool, hip vibe that resonates with Inktel's employees and conveys an image of growth, vitality and genuine team spirit.
ADD Inc’s workplace design strategies address key business issues, such as productivity, technology, workstyle and team building, and anticipate emerging trends, such as the growing number of millennials who will make up three-quarters of the workforce in just over a decade.
