Benjamin Benschneider The 2011 RADA Project of the Year Art Stable by Olson Kundig Architects, Seattle

These past several years have been among the most difficult for architects who specialize in residential work. Sometimes it feels as if no one is building anything at all. But the 824 entries received in last year’s annual residential architect Design Awards (RADA) are evidence to the contrary. Buildings are going up, and handsome ones at that. The quality of work is undiminished despite the additional challenges each project faces in these tough times. Show us that your best work is among those great projects being built by entering our 13th annual ra Design Awards. RADA is the largest and most competitive residential architecture awards program in the country. Every year we invite six top residential architects to come to our offices in Washington, D.C., to review entries from across the country and worldwide. Over two days they look through and discuss hundreds of projects submitted in 15 categories and select those few innovative designs that rise above the rest. Be a part of this competitive process and earn the recognition of your peers for your outstanding work in advancing residential design. Enter your best projects from the past five years in the 2012 ra Design Awards by Dec. 5, 2011.
