Firm Description

John Ciardullo Associates, P.C. is an award-winning, design-oriented architectural firm that provides in-house planning, architectural, structural and interior design services.

Established in 1970, John Ciardullo Associates designs a range of projects that include new construction and renovation of schools, libraries, community, recreational and swimming pool facilities, mixed-use buildings, all types of housing from high-rise to single-family and special interiors projects. Sustainable design is a fundamental component of our approach.

With both architectural and structural engineering degrees, John Ciardullo leads a dedicated team of professionals. Together they work to provide fully integrated design solutions within the realities of constrained budgets and tight schedules.

Our design philosophy begins with the premise that architecture, being a humanistic art, is the most social of all arts. For over 30 years, we have designed environments for people to live in, to work in and to play in: environments that create community. Our goal is to design aesthetically pleasing, functional, engaging environments that allow the individual to interact securely and comfortably within their private and community surroundings. This unique humanistic approach to architecture and urban design has significantly helped in the revitalization of communities in and around New York City.
